Samsung R631: How to switch from Spanish to English/or Vice Versa

This is an easy step by step on how to switch from Spanish to English on your Samsung Smartphone.

Reason why your phone switched over to a different language is because somehow your phone was mistakenly switched from English to Spanish. When you touch a combination of numbers and letter on your keypad, this will automatically switch certain menu screens into Spanish or English. Rusty on reading Spanish. No problem, proceed with these exact steps:

1. Turn your cell phone on by pressing the red button.
2. Touch select: ... symbol / Menu Icon. 
3. Touch select: Settings
4. Next screen appears, count down the different command options until you reached the 5th command phrase.
5. Touch select: the 5th command phrase (Phone Settings). 
6. The next touch screen appears
7. Touch select: the 2nd command option (Language)
8. Touch select: English or Spanish.
9. Push the red button to go back to your Main Menu.
10. Samsung R631Touch Smart phone will change back to English or Spanish.

What is InstallIQ Updater and How to Change User Preferences or Remove InstallIQ Updater

How to Open InstallIQ Updater

1. Click on Start Button.
2. Click on All Programs.
3. Click on InstallIQ Updater to to see what software uses InstallIQ Updater.

 You will see " uninstall column", which removes software/s that you no longer use.

How to Open User Preferences

1. Click on User Preferences to control InstallIQ updates
2. Check box “Do not automatically check for updates”
3. UNCHECK BOX marked “Send anonymous usage statistics to W3i on InstallIQ software to help improve user experiences.”

If you do not need or want InstallIQ Updater, you can simply:

Go to Start > All Programs> Uninstall InstallIQ Updater. This will properly remove InstallIQ Updater from your operating system.
